Welcome to Pets in Portrait. My name is Amy Rheinhardt. My goal is to capture your pet's special personality in a unique piece of fine art that you'll enjoy for years to come.

Unlike may other pet portrait artists, I do not simply reproduce photographs in paint. Rather, I prefer to use imaginative landscapes and backgrounds that are somehow related to the type of pet you own, or I can imitate the style of a certain genre of art you enjoy. This approach to portraiture allows me to create a beautiful work of art that displays your pet's singular personality in a way that a simple photograph could not.

All portraits are painted in fine detail in acrylic paint on wood panel, and may be displayed with or without a frame (frames are not included).
